- A self-priming volumetric pump can be used to supply the system from all types of tanks.

MPVE

The "MPVE" Concept

VOLUMETRIC PUMPS ... PERFORMANCE

The 3-piston volumetric pumps deliver constant quantities of foam liquid, proportional to their speed of rotation.
The volumetric pumps automatically adjust their pressure to inject the foam liquid product, whatever the pressure level in the layout.

All that is required to modify the percentage is to change the pump rotation speed.

The volumetric pumps can be driven by internal combustion or hydraulic engines, or by hydraulic or electric motors.

THE INJECTION SYSTEM ... SIMPLICITY

The stainless steel HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTORS (1) are installed on the hose layouts between the pump discharge pipe (2) and the nozzle feed pipe (3).

They can be located at any point on the layout.

NO PRESSURE LOSS. The foam liquid product (4) is injected under pressure in the water column via a jet nozzle (5).

The input pressure (P1) is automatically higher than the water pressure (P2) in the layout.

A check valve (6) prevents water from flowing into the foam liquid feed pipe when injection is stopped: if the MPVE power pump is stopped, or during closed circuit operation (idling position).
